Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation of confirmed reservation or changes require a minimum of 3 days (48 hours) prior notice by email to avoid being imposed a one night stay charge.
- All confirmed and paid for High Season reservations are non refundable.
You can cancel the bookings through our Website, Mobile Site or App. This includes rooms booked on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in 10-15 working days.
If you had booked by Cash on arrival, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund (Including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 10-15 business days from the time of booking cancellation.
